100G 1310nm SOA Semiconductor Optical Amplifier Card  is a semiconductor-based optical amplification module developed by DFT to address the amplification needs of Oband optical signals. It is compatible with 100G. The gain bandwidth ranges from 1290nm to 1330nm . The single card can simultaneously amplify two channels of service signals. It can be used in various applicationscenarios, including information security systems and data transmission systems.

 Supports optical amplification in the O-band.

 Supports 100G Supports a maximum saturated output power of +10dB and a minimum input power of -20dB .

Supports SNMPbased unified network management platform with CLI (telnet and console), Web,and NetView (graphical interface).

 Monitoring  capabilities  include  pump  drive  current,  pump  output  power,  pump  switch,  pump temperature, input optical power, output optical power, and module temperature. Supports adjustable pump switch and input/output optical power settings.
