   The product consists of AC power distribution unit, DC power distribution unit, rectifier unit, monitoring unit, etc. It can be embedded in the cabinet to provide stable 48V DC power supply for communication equipment.

2.3Battery Management Functions

Management type

Battery low voltage

The output voltage is lower than the set low battery voltage value (factory default 46V), and the system emits an audible and visual alarm.

LLVD

When the battery voltage drops to DC46V, the monitoring module controls the contactor action, shutting down the non-critical loads and retaining the critical loads to ensure that the critical loads do not power down.

BLVD

The system can set the cut-off protection value according to the battery parameters (factory default 43.2V), cut off all loads according to the battery discharge voltage, and after the mains power returns to normal, the system voltage will automatically recover after reaching the set value.

Battery flush charge management

1、 When the battery charging current is greater than the set maximum charging current, the system charges the battery at a constant current;

2、 When the constant current is charged to the average charging voltage, the system performs a constant voltage equal charge;

3、 When the constant voltage average charge flow is small enough to be below the average charge to float charge flow, the battery is floated;

4、 When the float charge current is greater than the float charge to the average charge flow, the system is evenly charged;

5、 Floating charge continuous time to the set time is automatically converted to equal charge,

6、 The constant pressure equalization time exceeds the set average charging duration, and the floating charge is automatically transferred;

7、 It can also be manually converted to a floating charge.

Temperature compensation

With the change of battery ambient temperature, the float charge voltage of the system can be automatically adjusted by 52mV/group/°C (which can be set according to the battery parameters), the higher the battery temperature, the lower the float charge voltage, the lower the battery temperature, and the higher the float charge voltage.

Battery SOC

After accurately setting the battery capacity and remaining capacity value, the monitoring module adjusts the charging and discharging modes of the battery according to the data set by the user, and implements some protection measures (charging current limitation, charging voltage temperature compensation, etc.) to dynamically adjust the remaining capacity value.
